Not many of my peppers are getting pods yet. Some of my spice peppers and a few Bonnets are. Here's a shot of two ones .. aren't they cute ? . Can hardly wait to see dozens and dozens ....

Thanks Chocolate Hab , both are on the same plant and should look pretty much the same when ripe. That plant is from CCN as is more of my Bonnets. I agree it looks a lot like a Scorpion. Several plants from them looked ( the pods ) like that last year. Pimples and that shape. Most had the Tam shape but smoother skinned. I kept seeds from one plant last year that looked liked that and the taste was great . If the pods from last years seed look the same I'll try to breed them . I'll pick the healthier plants , breed them and see what happens with time.

This picture has been shown before .... it's from last year. Kind of what I hope to stabilize with time. Healthy plants that kick out pods like it.

Glad to hear the CCN Scotch Bonnets come from a good seed. I got three them of them from CCN this year. 1 is doing great, one died (the only one of my 50 plants that did not make it), and the third I can't harden to save my life. Going on 3 weeks now and If it even thinks I am going to put it out in the sun it just colapses in less than 5 minutes.
 
I'd love to get a few seeds from that as well P.D! I can fire over a seed list of what I have when I get back home this weekend. I love the SB and have had a few problems finding reliable sources for seeds :(.

it's been a while i'm reading this forum, and i've finally decided to join this chile-head community ^^
i've only got a few plants (i'll post a few pics soon when i'll have some time, hehe), but here's some baby jamaican scotch bonnets (from peppermania), maybe not the best looking pods, but the pic was taken to see a bunch of the forming pods
hope they'll be ripe soon :)

All those pix are awesome! I have no Bonnets going this year! Usually Scotch Bonnet plants are plentiful here at the nurseries so I didn't even bother to get seeds. No Bonnet sauce making in my kitchen this year.... What am I gonna do?????
