Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. 
 
I started my seeds in my windowsill and transplanted 2 plants to an outdoor community garden, and another two in a container on my patio. So far, I only have a 1 inch pepper, but I am hoping that this plant will take off when it starts to warm up.
 
For reference: I live in SoCal desert where winter temps get down to low 40's

We love peruvian cuisine as well. We have some
peruvian friends who have made some great
dishes for us.
 
To the point: I have been growing Aji Amarillo
and Red Rocoto strains from peru for a long time.
Looks like you are doing okay with yours, but
if you ever need or want some of these, feel
free to PM!
