food Baked beans and roasted corn on the cob

I have two items to share with the THP brothers today. Baked beans and roasted corn with garlic shrimp.
Baked beans:
3 cans of pork and beans
1/2 pound of slab smoked bacon
1 large onion
Dave's spicy bbq sauce 1 cup
1 cup of ketchup
1 tsp of white pepper
1 tsp of fresh garlic
1/2 cup of vinegar bbq hot(your hot dried pepper in vinegar)
3 tbl spoons of bacon grease

Cook your bacon to render your fat out. Put your beans, onions, and everything else in glass 12x16 dish. Put bacon on top and cover with foil. 325f for 45.

Roasted corn
Take fresh corn and get the husk and silk off. Put on foil. Take olive and put two tablespoons on corn. Sprinkle your favorite Cajun seasoning on both sides. Roll up and bake on 325 for 25 min.

The garlic shrimp:
2 pounds of extra large shrimp
3 cups of olive oil
1 tablespoon off white pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic salt
Use a 14 inch skillet.
Put oil in skillet heat to med hi (6)
Place your shrimp in the skillet before heating
Put your pepper and salt over the shrimp as they cook.
Two minutes on each side should do it.
When they cool off enough suck all the juice off the shrimp then peal and eat.
Will have photos of finished product in a few hours
