I’m still around. I’m going on vacation and had no one to watch my plants so I did not grow this year. Bought a bunch of seeds and gave them to a friend (hop thp) to grow. Don’t know if I’m going to make it next year but will start germinating in November
Retiring and moving to the west coast in a month. Any members in Oregon are Washington state?

What about rice, can you do rice? A lightly fried rice with some veggies and soy, lil ginger can be quite tasty.

My foot starts to hurt when I read the word gout. A slight variation on what Hogleg suggested. Instead of rice, try matzo brie (fried matzo). It can be dressed with a little onion, veggies, salt & pepper.
I still have a garden with a bunch of peppers for sale starting at 12.00 for sfrb. Go to last weeks post

Well, I decided to stick with Biobizz Light-Mix, which is a good soil mix. At the moment, I'm not ready for coconut, with its constant stress and physiological changes in plants. Once I get the hang of it, I'll start growing a couple of plants on coconut to stabilize the process. But for now, it's soil only!
I would greatly appreciate your advice and criticism. I have only recently begun to study and develop as a breeder and, in general, as a pepper grower. If you have any questions or advice, once again, I would be very grateful!
Hi! This blog is about my pepper breeding project. First goal: a lemon-flavoured, chocolate-coloured chili. To reduce epistasis and polygenicity
I’m using three crosses:
1) KS Lemon Starrburst × Chocolate Habanero
2) KS Lemon Starrburst × 7 Pot Douglah
3) Aji Lemon Drop × Sugar Rush Stripey.

I’m a beginner, so any advice or criticism is very welcome!
only 26 day's to sowing!!!!!
Who remembers the first hot sauce craze when Dave's Insanity sauce first launched? What year was it? I'm thinking mid 90s...
