Baker's Peppers 2012 GLOG

Welcome everyone and thanks for dropping by to check out how things are going here at Baker's Peppers! This GLOG is more geared for everyone to just follow us and our production this year..nothing serious, just for fun :) Remember this all started in my other thread on here...heres the link.... http://www.thehotpepper.com/topic/26029-indoor-grow-area-build-grow-pics/page__fromsearch__1 ...now i will continue the progress here as im guessing you have seen enough seed germination and grow...lol...Now we move to the meat of the operation! :) Heres a few pics of what i currently have on the ground in the nursery....this isnt all of it, just some pics i snapped today of some areas im working on lately :)

Mix of stuff..ones up close are t scorp yellow, 7 pot yellow, bhut indian carbon, choc t scorp and a few other types...far away on bench is T scorp Red Iso

Wow, Dale, you have one helluva big operation started this year! How many plants in total do you have, and how many do you plan on having when all is said and done? I can't wait until you start up business later on this spring/summer, sounds like you got some great stuff to come!

UPDATE #2 today...lol......

Ok...so Update #1 today was what we currently are growing indoors under lights....This Update #2 is the next group of plants that will be into 3 gallon pots in the next week or 2...

Man...i have to be honest here...I find that im truly enjoying what i do now...Ive never worked harder in my life (and being an Exec. Chef is DEMANDING as all get out!), but ive never been more satisified with my hard works results!! I just want to say a BIG thank you to all the generous THP.com members who helped make this MASSIVE grow possible!! You guys know who you are!! Lets get these Super Hots on the MAP! :)

Just read all 6 pages properly and damn u got ur hands full man!! All that potential capsacin, its like ur producing weapons of mass destruction :flamethrower:

Just think of it this way....if all goes according to plan everyone will be able to have access to fresh Super Hots year round! :) Thats something to look forward to for everyone in the chili community!! :) I myself love the fact that i will be able to make my some of my Trademark dishes year round :) Hope everyone is having a good grow themselves.... :)

so you are planning on keeping these plants year round for the most part?

I was thinking about that the other day.. well I was thinking, damn I really wish I lived somewhere warmer so I could grow year round.. then I thought about you, and having to buy all the buckets and soil, and I know that this is your first year going really big like this, and I figured.. why not just grow them year round.. it looks like you have room for a lot of peppers inside, maybe not all of them, but most of them.. would say a TON of effort on your part for next year, and with this crazy warm weather.. you should be in luck.
 
UPDATE.....

So the grow box inside had 4 trays of starters in it....they had to come out...so they did :) here they are.....

Trailer one....Brain Strain Yellow....200+....on a side note...one of our trailers packed full of 4" pots holds about 220 pots

Yeah boss :) We have a HUGE grow planned for the coming months....should be TONS of pods on the property here in a bit :) the website launches tomorrow! but im not sure why im launching it...lol....got nothing for sale but plants right now....lol

Great news! Did you find someone that was able to help you with Joomla? I am still trying to get it to work, it keeps crashing the server my wife's website is on.

Actually no....i dumped Joomla and just went with a template from GoDaddy.com :) WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY Easier!!! :)
