vendor Bakerspeppers... never again!

Ordered, then a day later wrote "Dale" and asked to change my order. I wanted to order more, but nobody ever wrote back. I got butthurt with his piss poor communication and I started a claim with paypal to get my money back...
Have anyone used bakerspeppers before? Did it turn out well? Is this a thing?
You guys think I will get my $15 back?

I'd say the lack of communication would be frustrating, but doing a paypal chargeback for an order you placed that was not a mistake (you had an afterthought to add more) is extreme. There are fees involved with that, it's not for changing your mind, it's for fraud and not receiving orders.

Are you for real? So you contacted paypal for a dispute cause he haven't answered your mail about order more?
You think that's fair play or even ethical to do. Would it not be better to just wait til your order arrives. And then enjoy it and never order from him again due to you don't like the communication  So i really hope for mankind that you are 15 or younger and have not learnt all things about life and how it works.
Cause if not, i have no words. 

You do understand when you file a dispute its causes workload on paypal for example. If we abuse this function for our needs. The % will just rise sooner or later and the dispute will most likely be way more hard. Disputes should be your LAST resort. And should not be used cause you haven't got an response to your mail.

Baker's customer service skills are... lacking, at best. But by the same stretch, I'm with the bossman on this one. If he flat out told you to piss off and refused to honor your initial order or refused to reply and didn't fulfill your order for a couple months, that's one thing, but simply for not talking to you for a couple days is another. From someone who's done one or two (not recently though), doing a Paypal refund can be a bit tedious, even for a completely legit reason.

I'm not 15 and that is kind of jerk thing to say. Dale didn't write me back for over a week. If he didn't want me to bitch to paypal he probably should of took a moment to write me back.  But I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I'm not here to argue or troll. I just want to grow some damn peppers.
