I did this one day that my plans got washed away by rain.
Cut up 4 or 5 pounds of pork spare ribs and put in large zip lock bags. Add 1 jar per bag VH spare rib sauce strong garlic and 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke. I usually marinade for 12 hours.
Place on any deep pan like a pizza pan or something. Add the VH sauce on top and bake uncovered at 200F for 1.5 hours. Baste with a baster and turn up to 275F for 1.5 hours. Baste again and bake for one more hour at 350F and basting half way throught that hour. The slow and steady raise in temp will make a verry tender rib. When it's done, cover with foil for 15 minuted and evjoy. Good for rainy or winter days.
