i think those cost like 2 grand. they are for cannabis growing.
build your own imo. build it from 1/2" MDF, and nice cabinet hinges and hardware. you could buy all the wood working tools AND the materials and still be under 2 grand

Oh yeah I know I can do the same thing for way cheaper. It's like when when you buy a Apple computer, you can build your own for 1/4 of the price and install GNU/Linux, but still it's not the same thing.
My interest was in the Monitoring/Controllers they include. I'm more and more looking into buying Monitoring & Controllers devices with sensors to make semi-automatic greenhouse and store the data collected.
Unfortunately, most of the existing system are not "all in one" (like http://www.4hydropon...No=autopilotGMC).
As you say, I can buy a Raspberry Pi with sensors and controllers, install a distrib, code my own program to do the work, but it will take a while and I don't have time to do this (and also because I code all day long for a living, so when I have free time I like to do something else ...)

yea i understand. however i dont think anyone here is going to have any useful info for you regarding these things.
you might try a cannabis forum or two, i think you would get some feedback from those guys.
