Is it worth have a mason bee colony for garden pollination? With they be killed off by yellow jackets and/or other hornets?

Will this work to avoid cross pollination?: If I cover each type except one a day will that avoid inter-pepper crosses?

Good question. I keep a hive of yellow jackets near by the hydro setup. No insect issues what so ever and have seen other insects/bees mingle in the plants.
