Been asked many times what would you do?

My plants (bhuts and 7 pots) sprouted mid February under t-12 lights they have been outdoors 3 weeks now.
A lot of them are budding big time. They are only about 12 inches tall and are still having new growth.
Is the rule of thumb, don't let the flower until theres no new growth? Or my plants just shorties. they are 3 and 1/2 months old. Should I pinch?
Advice please I'm pacing back and forth biting my nails...lol

If she is not ready she will drop them. My school of thought is to let the plant decide. Besides, you may get a few early tasty fruit.

How does taking the middle ground tend to work out?
(Pinch most blossoms, but leave a few to ripen and produce early fruit, hopefully without diverting too much energy from the plant.)
