-introduction
-History & geography
-pepper species
-pepper anatomy
-pepper reproduction
-scoville heat scale
-record holdes

15 MIN. BREAK

-Enjoy some home made T Scorp Moruga
Hot sauce and tortilla chips.

HANDS ON :

-Pepper seed extraction
-start seeds in 72 cel try ( for kiddos to keep )
-transplant of seedlings donated
to school's garden
