Nice job Young Wheebzy but I'm not sure it lives up to the hype you gave it. I mean c'mon you posted a damn spider playing drums for Pete's sake!!

Looks tasty.

The Quesadilla Burger

Decided to be extreme by NOT going to the grocery store for this one. No buns? Hell, I got corn tortillas... done.

Slap a meat patty together about the size of a corn taco tortilla. Skilletize that sucka to perfection with three types of hand shredded cheese on top. Muenster, Colby Jack, and Mozzarella.

Along side, burn up some corn torts and slap the extra shredded cheese on the one designated for the bottom. Also, saute up some chopped onion and baby bellas in some olive oil to top this heap of meat.

Cap with the second tortilla and top it with some fresh pico. No fresh hot peppers? Use some pickled jalas. Splooge with sour cream and dress it up pretty with some garden green onion hoops.

And make sure you load it up proper with lots of Lucky Dog Hot Sauce orange label.

Let that sour cream avalanche down. Who gives... you're gonna get messy with this thang anyway.

I gotta say, I was skeptical of this TD because it has all been done before, but after seeing the first two entries, I say ROCK ON BURGER EXTREME TD.  Sorry, I won't have time to enter.  Wheebz, well done, Sum, I looooove me a quesadilla.  Both of you have done well.

Wheebz, that is the very definition of extreme. Love the mac n chac on it. Great call, and the pickles, tots, maters, bacon...nice!!!

Sum, you nailed it too. Props on not overworking the meat (wankey). The burger seems to have a looseness to it, which I like in a burger.
Even if it's not rare that way, it tends to hold it's juicyness.
I'd plow into that until sauce ran down my chin!
