Not sure why, but I just got a catalog in the mail form Arbico Organics. It appears to be a really neat store that sells Beneficial Insects, Organisms and Organic items for gardens. They have a great pest identifier page and sell good bugs to control pretty much any bad bug. Lots other of great information on the site as well. Has anybody ever dealt with them before?

There is one thing about the people selling ladybugs. Most of the time the ladybugs they are selling are all wild caught. They're collected when the bugs are wintering. If the hibernation is interrupted the ladybugs tend to take off and fly back to the area quickly and don't spend much time helping the gardener who bought them.
