Benvanned - New to peppers new to sauce.

I am just now entering the world of spice. I am mainly interested in creating quality spicy food additives. I became interested in peppers when I quit smoking and began to read into healthy eating habbits and learned how healthy those hot little bastards are. I have some Jalapeo and "Loco" peppers growing on my patio and am looking to make hot sauce. I am looking more for good flavor rather than heat but do plan to make some napalm in a bottle too.

I also make wine and brew beer. I have an imaginary company called PartyVanned Brewing Co.

Thanks for the warm welcome. *Rimshot* I am looking into making my first sauce this coming week. I have watched youtube and read instructions but they were pretty much all for habaneros. Naturally since this is my first sauce I am going to keep it simple so I am thinking maybe a "roasted garlic guajillo loco" or a "Wild Blackberry loco". I am going to make a test batch of one or the other.
