It's all about proper way of dehydration, very simplistic recipe.

shave garlic, shave onions, and use "cold dehydration method" (cold dehydration will preserve all flavors of the raw product, into a concentrated form: meaning it's tastes a HELL of a lot better than using a "dehydrator" or any store bought dried products) essentially to your own methods of hanging product in front of cold moving air

5 parts dried cayenne
1 part dried garlic
1 part dried onion
1 part sea salt

Blend well in food processor (or coffee grinder can sometimes get more powdery) for at least 5 minutes (may need to give motor a rest every minute or so to prevent burning out, lol)

put into an empty spice shaker, great condiment for ALL foods! :)
