seeds Best lighting setup for germination

Are most people using T5, T8, or T12?? I looked at a T12 x 4 setup yesterday that I think I might get.. Thoughts??

If you are looking at T-12s...I recommend the standard 2 bulb light fixtures for about 10 bucks each...10 bulbs are about $20...I use those for my "slow grow" area after they come out of "boot camp"....I am using a combination of 6500K and 4100K bulbs and it seems to work fine for me...

I will be trying something like this next year. This year I used all 6500k, and the plants seemed to be missing something. I found myself having to give them some window light from time to time to make them look happy.
