Best method for getting the most juice?

I do not have a food mill , But I have an Juicer , Flour sack towels I can squeeze it through (Like Cheese cloth but stronger), Strainer and Pestle, Also an old time grape press that a pain in the--- to use unless you fill it up all the way.

I'm voting for Juicer my only concern is the you cant really push the sauce down like you can with whole veggies.

I still don't get it. What are you trying to do?

Put your ingredients in a pot and cook your sauce, it will break down. Like making any sauce. Tomatoes cooked down = tomato sauce.

For removing the skins and seeds.

Skins will break down when you cook. Seeds can be removed before cooking, just deseed the pod.

Seeds, no. Pulp, I didn't say remove that. By pulp you mean the cooked down pepper? Yeah, do not strain that.
Eat a seed and you will see. No heat.

Yeah I use a blender.

I don't strain sauce. I cook until smooth. Seeds removed beforehand.

I'm lazier. I use a food mill. They aren't that expensive. A heck of a lot cheaper than a good blender.

Whatever you do, if you put seeds in a powerful blender, they will get pulverized and you will have a gritty sauce.

As I see it, there are some options:
1) buy a food mill,
2) deseed and put in a good  or cheap blender
3) so nothing, put in a cheap blender and deal with whole seeds in the sauce.
4) follow the advice below.

^ this.

Super approach I did many times before I bought a food mill. Food mill is easier than the strainer though.
