So I have started exploring the hot sauces from the awards list. I have found quite a few of the more mild ones that I enjoy. I do still like some boring cholula though, which contains pequin. I have never had the opportunity to have an actual pequin (keep failing at growing them), so I would like to try some highly regarded sauces with pequin in them. I'm not sure how many options there are there didn't seem to be any in the awards, so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
