I buy around 1/2 my seeds from peppermania and hippie, and some tradewindsfruit too -- you can't go wrong with any of those. However, also worth of mention is tomatogrowers.com. They don't carry the ultra-exotics, but do have a nice variety of habs, some ajis, and a slew of medium hots - jals, serranos, Italian roasters, etc. The reason I mention them is because the other 1/2 of my seeds always comes from them, because they seem to have a 92 + percent germination rate. Every packet of seeds I've gotten from the has been high-producing, with good healthy plants. Not a small number of their seed packets are 100 % germination, and all the plants are true to type and grow well. My sense is they are a very quality outfit.
