So I'm growing many different types of peppers this year that I've never grown before. I know to wait until they are fully ripe, but I'm just wondering about yellow, mustard, purple, chocolate types, .etc. Basically anything other then red. I've got a Chocolate Bhutlah that is finally turning, and I'm just wondering when it's brown is that the fully ripe color, or does it change eventually?
