In 105 degree weather, everything dries quickly.

Your plants look very healthy.

You been busy? You have been neglecting us on the board.

Fun time of year is the harvest/processing days  Just started processing and had to stop due to the fumes in my kitchen :onfire: :onfire:

Green stuff is Jalapeno and the red is Scorpion mix(Butch T, Moruga, Regular) and the peppers are Scorpions from Bowers.

Still have Fatalii, Scotch Bonnet, Yellow Scorps, BrainStrains and 2 mixes to process...

This year it was puree and then cook down to a nice thickness... added about 16oz water in total to keep things moving in the processor with the scorpions.

And a first this year Pressure can straight pepper puree for later use! 11-8oz jars of Scorpion. 4 fatalii, 4 scotch bonnet, 8 jalapeno and 4 16 jar of Red Jalapeno BBQ sauce.

Yellow Scorps and Brainstrain went into 8oz freezer jars we found at Target.
