Ordered some moruga scorpions and ghost peppers, there was a little delay in my order and Mark called me and offered to ship the order to me Fedex 2day for free. Everyone can sell stuff online, it's how you sell stuff that matters. 10 stars for great customer service.
Yeah there was a delay on my order, and when I called him he did the same thing for me, threw in some freebies. When he found out I was using his product for a function at the restaurant I work for, and what I was making with it, he made me promise to call him back afterwards and let him know how it went over.
