food Bhut Vodka

Just made some Bhut Vodka

Take a quarter bottle of vodka, 1 x Bhut chilli

Slice the Bhut and add to the vodka
Leave "steeping" for 2 x days
Sieve and add sugar to taste
Bottle and place/leave in freezer


Blown my socks off tonight!!!
 
Nice.  I did this a couple of years ago with a yellow bhut, but left the pod in the bottle for months.  Each month, I'd take a shot and I'm sure it got hotter each time :)
