Well if I try to male a low/no heat bhut 1 of two things will happen. I will create the tastyest pepper in the world or like justaguy said I will have the heat tolerance from all of the quality control
I think its like all the heatless chinenses, you will likely not get a great C. chinese flavor without having the heat as well... but a milder cross may work
I had a bunch of bhut plants last year producing pods with no heat for a couple of weeks. It was an environmental thing, we had a long heatwave and the plants were getting overwatered. Their flavor was definitely not as good as normal, very bitter.
