I am not sure how the flavor and spice is on these yet, I will try them out on on someone who has taste buds????? definitely not me lol!

Keep ya all posted, I do plan on removing the seeds and drying out.

Variety?

5" jalapenos (bottom one is 5" exactly) with ever-so-slight corking. I have heard of Gigante, Gigante II, and Big Guy but would these be at a local supermarket? These things are awesome. Dark and thick like a poblano. HUGE!

Even the ones at taco cabana are out of control, they don't even put them out on the salsa bar anymore because they are too honking big for the containers??, you have to ask for them. They have to be coming out of Mexico, maybe in some underground laboratory or something.

Nice, We're getting large ones in the grocery store too. I saved some seeds but they did't germ for me. Hopefully, the Jalafuego and Goliaths I have going will compare. I've been wanting to try Megatron but haven't got around to it yet
