Biker Bitch Hot Sauce comes to Kato's from our good friend Tahiti Joe who makes some fine tasting sauces. We got this sauce from Joe just in time for Biketoberfest.
On flavor we give it a 8 of 10 made with Aged red peppers, vinegar, worcestershire sauce,Habaneros, tomato juice, diced tomatoes,honey,clam juice,jalapeno peppers,onions,parmesan cheese,garlic,carrots,cilantro,spices,tic gum
As with all of Joe's sauces very creative and flavorful and a long list of ingredeints this product tastes fantastic whether you use right out of the bottle or as he suggests in Bloody Marys.
On heat we give it a 6 of 10 I think the honey kills some of the heat. To bad.
