Bishops are the Best

I made some sauce yesterday out of this basket of Bishops Crowns(70 peppers). All that is in it is ACV, a little salt and a small amount of honey(after tasting it I could leave the honey out). It is delicious. This pepper for a sauce doesn't need anything else but the flavor which comes from it. It is a favorite for everyone who has tried this sauce. Its also my favorite pepper to munch on when I'm gardening.

Hahaha Hahaha no my friend!! That's a popular smoking wood used in Australia. I believe it is available here as well. Any wood washed up on beach I sell to local artists they love it!!!!
I planted 2 apple trees, 1 nectarine, peach and plum last year. Looks like I will have a steady supply of wood for smoking .

I also have lemon, lime and nectarine trees but I'm not sure they would be good wood for smoking.

If you've tried Brazillian Starfish, how is the Bishop's Crown compared to it? I grew B. Starfish this year, and have some seeds for Bishop's Crown I might try next season.

I grew starfish but they were really small like the size of a nickel, only a few were the size of a quarter. The Crowns were a much better tasting pepper IMO.
