I would try using tums diluted in water and spray that. It's an antacid after all. Dilute it in a lot of water, maybe a tablet for a gallon. That might stop it from getting cooked. Oh since tums is calcium carbonate, you get calcium from that too. =D
 
I say water ONLY... let them recover...if you start searching for remedies you'll probably damage them worse and maybe even kill them.I don't think plants that small need much more than light and water and a little breeze..
