Black unknown

My mistake didn't put anything with the pod to compare the length, but is about 1.5 inch, not longer (maybe shorter). Also not so fleshy like a jalapeno (a normal one, because I never saw a black jalapeno so far).
 
1. What's the difference between hungarian black, and czech black?
 
2. I think this is really black, I saw no stage to look purple/purplish (and I speak about the outside), and yes, this ripen to red.
