Blank post input box-no options

When I go to start a new topic or reply to a post all of the options for fonts, letter size, embedding, etc. are not there.

All I can do is type plain text. Is this due to the maintanance that was just done?

Actually now that I have been on for awhile nothing seems to be working right.

Just thought a mod would like to know.

EDIT:Oh wait... what you're talking about is different. Mine is doing it too.

Im here, nothing going on as far as I can tell.

When I click on notifications box it takes me to the notification page, instead of showing the list.

When I click on my profile box, same issue. (So I cant edit status because its not possible on my profile)

When starting a topic or replying to post, there are no options in the text field as there usually are (image option,fonts,sizes,color,paste options,emoticons,etc.) Just a blank text field to type in.

When notifications are checked they still show as unread.

When I click Unfollow a topic the screen refreshes and I am not given the usual options. It just refreshes.

When I clicked the sign in box I did not get the pop up box, just what seemed like a sign in screen from maybe an old version of the site.
