Blazing saddles!

To Balac's response to bringing in the Tepins when it gets cold: I only wish I could; I don't have the space in my house so unfortunatly I have to leave them outside to perish. I was advised that in the northern climes, hot peppers should be grown in pots. The reasoning behind it is that above ground plant soil warms up quicker than in ground. I'll be giving this a try in spring 2012.

my tepin is overwintering in the shelter of my bananas... away from the brutally cold southern California winds. hehe.
