Hi, as i would like to expand my batch capacity i need to upgrade with comercial blender as well as everything else.
 
In order to chose the right blender i need to know what specs should i be looking at? Does need to be more Wats, does it need all diferent speeds, blades etc.
I need a big batch blender, so it should come with large capacity can.
 
I would appreciate any recommendations from you guys, brands and models.

go to a restaurant supply place near you they have the commercial grade stuff will cost you a pretty penny though.
 
most people going to recommend stuff from usa that will probably cost you more to import.. looks like santos or warring for uk

Yes this makes sense.
I have been in one f those places but the blenders they have are with very small capacity (2 liters).
I need a good blender with big batch bowl .
Will appreciate any recommendations.
