food Blueberry Madballz Jelly

I made this jelly last night. It's a little extreme. After the initial taste test, corrections would be to back off the vinegar and peppers some, and add more blueberries. The sugar amount seems about right.

11 oz 7-Pot Madballz 
16 oz Blueberries
4.5 cups sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 pkg of Sure.Jell pectin
 
I blended the peppers, blueberries and vinegar and put in a 6 qt sauce pan. I stirred in the pectin and brought to a rolling boil. I stirred in the sugar and brought to rolling boil again and boiled for 1 minute, then hot water bath canned. It yielded 12 4oz jars and 1 8oz jar.
