Hey everyone,hope this is the right place.
I need some advice,how do I get/ make my own labels? I know NOTHING about labeling,and everythind I need on a label? How do I put all the info on my labels etc?

As far as what's required, I notice you're in SA.  Different countries have different requirements.  If it's just to give away to friends and family, it can be as simple or elaborate as you want.  At a bare minimum, I'd suggest a name, short description, and ingredients.
 
If you intend to sell commercially, there should be some type of local or regional inspectors who will tell you what's required.  Take a look at products in your stores and see what they have.  It's usually-
Company/brand name
product name
weight/volume
"keep refrigerated" if required
ingredients
producer contact info
 
Nutritional Info is up to local regulation.
