MM,
I have a Perlite container, probably about 22 gallons. I didn't water from the top this time, mainly because I wanted to use some Bloom and Fruit fert and was a tad worried about applying it directly to the leaves. The forecast is for temps in the low 90s (take that AJ!) with low humidity and very little chance or rain until at least Saturday. I plan on using a sprinkler tomorrow - have to use tap water - the rain water has almost been exhausted, and give them a deep soaking again tomorrow. The peppers probably don't need it as much as the tomatoes, beans, carrots, beets lettuce and broccoli do. But it will rain on the just and unjust alike!
Mike
