Bougainvillea - anyone else growing these indoors?

So here's my two bougainvillea, they are huge and when they bloom very beautiful.
They make redish flowers, and when I get enough sun almost the entire plant just blooms!
Like I said, they are huge, taking hostage 3 out of my 6 windows. I'm curious if anyone else is growing these indoors, and how they look.

Pretty plants, but if you ever need to get rid of them good freaking luck if they were planted in the ground.
We have two of them in our front yard and decided to get rid of them 3 years ago. We were having our house stucco'd and they had to be cleared so the guys could work on the house. I cut them down almost flush with the soil and drilled several 1inch holes down into them. One of which went the entire 1.5ft of auger bit. I then filled them with stump killer and thought they would die off...Nope. About a month later there were little sprouts all over it. I cleaned out the holes in the stump and filled it full of diesel fuel and lots of Salt... They still came back. Last winter we had a really hard frost here that killed every branch on that thing. I cut it flush and then ground it down below Surface level and buried it. I now have waist high purple plants.

I'd dig them out but they are in a really tight place right beside some irrigation lines and other things I can't risk hitting.

have a look at all my pugs

Face plant! I love smash faced dogs. I never ever wanted little dogs until my wife insisted on a Pug. I'll always have a pair of them around now.
I just stuck some pics of mine on that same thread.

vlad,

we have bougainvillea growing for more than a decade now. as you have mentioned, those plants need full sun so that they will be in full bloom. Those plants are very pretty during summer. We have it growing on the fence and have no experience growing it indoors but I would recommend you to prune out some of the branches.

btw, there are many other colour variants of the flowers.
