Brazilian ghost issues

Hey everyone. This is my current underside leaf problem. My watering is under control, mild ferts being used...nothing crazy, but then this just started to spread. I removed all the affected leaves and have quite a bit of leaf curl on all new growth. Should I try copper spray for leaf spot? Thanks!

Also the white spots are not bugs but small tears in the leaf...I'm puzzled :s

Fungal.

The white spots appear fibrous. That's why I think its fungal. Can you get a closer sharp focus pic?

So here are some more pictures (I only have a smartphone so I took the best pics I could). There are these small white bumps on some of the leaves but no bugs to be found anywhere and they do not come off even if you scratch them. The plant is over a foot tall and otherwise looks healthy. I hit it with some epsom salts last night after taking these pictures. It almost looks like black rust and creeps in from the edges.

This is not affecting my two other plants either. They're healthy with huge foliage. Thanks for looking.

My Brazilian Ghost is close to 2 months old, but quite a bit shorter than all of those planted around that time, the leaves are very distorted & gnarly & just recently, I've noticed they have little holes in the leaves. None of my other plants exhibit any of these problems. I'm going to ditch it.
