Broken main branch on my choc bhut

ok last week my chocolate bhut jolokia was severly damaged in a bad wind storm we had here in mi my question is what to do with all of the unripened peppers probally about 20 of them I have 9 ripened ones was thinking of just making a mash of all of them or something I just dont kow and spent soo much time on this one plant hate to see it all go to waste thank you Leo

if you put them in a paper bag with a bannana they might ripen. i had the same deal last year with red bhuts. or you could go with mash. mother nature can be a pain in the butt somtimes.

I had the same thing happen here in Wi. with those wicked winds last week.I just place them in a window sill and have had all of my douglahs and chocolate bhuts ripen just fine.

ok thanks for the info but what do yall think window sill or paper bag lol I have heard both methods just wondering
