BROOME CHILE

HELLO
I started growing BROOME chiles, i started them very early not realizing they where an Annum and grew quite fast, i noticed 2 ripe ones Monday morning when i cam home from work so in picked them
the two plants are extremely loaded with pods but they are green, im thinking about trying a few green also
im also saving seed for sale and will post them soon

that afternoon i put them on some pizza, lets just say i love the flavor of these
not hot but the flavor i liked very much

has anyone else grown this one and what did you think of it??

let me know thanks your friend joe

Bent sent me seeds like almost 4 years ago. grew them once, pickled well. didn't think of growing them again.

Hi Joe,
I grew these a few years ago. They produce really well and look pretty good when they are turning ripe but wasn't too keen on the flavour myself.
I'm a bit biased I suppose being a lover of the Chinense flavour.
Have you got a picture to post?

I'm glad they are turning out good for you.

Hey Mate your seeds have been germinating very well.
I have noticed that the Australian Lantern is looking Chinense so far but they are still pretty young. Will be interesting to see how they turn out.
I'll send you an email sometime with some Broome pictures.
