I think it is a funal infection similar to blight. It could also be bacterial spot. Try a copper spray.
BLS or bacterial leaf spot. There is no cure for it thus far. The Copper Fungicide will suppress or stop it from spreading. I am currently dealing with this issue here in wet, hot and humid Florida. I have read that diluted milk can help as well with a foliar application. So far i think i have been able to slow and stop the progression.
