no you should be ok as long as it doesn't get worse
i let some go that looked like that and they where good other were black inside and no good its kind of a gamble
i would let it go
i never seen it spread to another peppers
alot of times it either due to a mosquito bite or too much water

How often are you watering. I am from montgomerville area so we prob have had similar rain?
