Bubbly leaves

I have some baby basil seedlings with bubbly leaves. I know they are supposed to look a little bubbly but on these ones it looks like more of a deficiency thing. I have read on this forum somewhere about chilli seedlings with bubbly leaves and I think they said it was calcium deficiency ??

Anyone know what the deficiency is for chilli plants? and should I do anything for my basil plants. I know basil is a heavy feeder and so I'm not particularly worried about loving them to death like chilli seedlings. I'm more than happy to pile on the fertilizer.

They look normal to me. Maybe some trace elements to stop you worrying.
I LOVE the smell of fresh Basil :drooling:

Those are fine, I'd just leave them alone and continue your normal routing with them.
Hopefully you get trees out of them like I did a few years back. I don't know what I did differently with them, but they grew almost 5 feet tall and super bushy and didn't start flowering for a really long time. We couldn't give basil away fast enough.
Every year since I have grown it I can't come close to that year. Now they all get about 2ft high and then start flowering like normal.
