buffets restaurants in around brisbane / goldy area

i use to work at this place that made stuff for them and we had to use out of date cheese they thought it would be ok but when sizzler got it then sent it back cause it tasted funny but the place i worked at insted of dumping the sauce we made they made us make a new fresh batch and mix it with the crap stuff and send it back to them then sizzler goes thats better then the last lot they got ..and its the same as hogs breath we send mutton to them and they get told its lamb

Bit late in replying but the crown plaza in broadbeach has a revolving restaurant buffet supposedly quite good. Hotel is good but didn't eat there.
