disease-pests BUG I.D. - Photo LINK inside

Hi, I noticed this little critter this morning seemingly floating up to the tape on the side (used for netting when seedlings were smaller) and a tiny but of web on a leaf, is this critter a bug that will be my protector from the bad bugs or one I should relocate to a different place?

Oh good, I was hoping it was a spider! No need to worry about aphids! Anything I can do to make sure the spider stays and doesn't pack their bags up and go?
 
Spoiders.
Edit: It won't leave. There's one hanging on my reaper since early January, eating fungus gnats once a month.
