pests Bug i.d. yes another one

Found this guy inside one of my flowers and i dont want anything messing with my flowers that shouldnt be. Bad guy or good? He has wings but has made no attempt to fly away. Maybe he is unable to?

Looks like an assassin bug to me but I wouldn't take my word on it, way to new to all this. Betting an expert will respond soon though  ;)
 
Well i hope so. I put him on my lawn a couple feet away so hopefully he makes it back to my plant
 
Some have very small probe/injectors, and they also fold in towards the body. Still not claiming to be 100% sure but if I found those in my garden I would be setting out the welcome mat for them  :welcome:
