pest Bug ID?

I have found these around my hoop house, particularly on my chiltepin plants.
What are these guys, what do they do, should I worry about them?
They are quite small, maybe the size of a pencil lead, perhaps a bit smaller.

id have to say some sort of mosquito as well

Honestly, the antennae don't look to me like a mosquito's, and the legs are not bent enough at the ends.

NOT A MOSQUITO!!! Looks like some type of very small assasin (reduviidae), which would be a good thing, but I can't say for sure....definitely NOT a mosquito though!
