pest-i.d. Bug ident please ?

Hi Guy's

Here in Scotland I was talking to a mate he agreed with me this year I've hardly seen and green fly ......tempting faint now ....

Anyway I made wooden staging and it's full to bursting with spiders hopefully they will help keep the green fly down.

This morning I spotted a couple of these guys on my plant's....... so far I've left them in place as the look more like a predator than something that would harm my plant's.

Should they stay or go ??

Looks like a leafhopper. If so, needs to go. Sucks plant juice.

So far on snakes & bugs google lens has gotten more right than wrong.
