pests Bugs on a plant

I found 3 bugs on a Jalapeño plant today. I've never seen them before. They look like very small, black and white ladybugs. Are these ladybugs or something else?

I think that's Psyllobora vigintimaculata, unfortunately it's one of the few ladybugs that aren't carnivorous. That being said, I don't think you need to worry about it. It feeds on leaf fungus and mildew.
