I give cactus seedlings enormous amounts of light and they reward me with unheard of growth rates.

I think I am going to aim for 20w per square foot for Capsicum this winter.
I'll use the 315 LEC and if I need more light I'll run it 24/7 or switch it out with a 600w HID fixture.
