food Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

When I was a kid, my mom used to serve up some turkey burgers without any spices or seasonings. I'd think I was getting a real beef hamburger, only to get that nasty damn ground turkey lol. I can eat them now if done nice, but too me its not a real burger. Only red meat; beef and bison make a burger. Everything else is a meat sandwich. Unless its that veggie crap.
My personal favorite burger is ground bison. Will post a pic next time I grill some up.

my in-laws moved recently. We had been been keeping some things in their chest freezer, but lost track of dates on some tri tip steaks .

A little too freezer burnt to grill, so I ground them up for steak burgers not expecting much

Dam! straight ground trip tip makes a great steak cheeseburger.

spicy pickle chips, burger sauce, homemade relish, good thick slice of Tomato, can't see it but there was raw red onion under as well.

It's been years......... But I was thinking bout this place tonight, and it all almost started with a simple burger

Not sure who is even still around........

Anyway, I really dived into BBQ more and more

Now I cater, do pop-up events, teach BBQ masterclasses and also have my own range of rubs and sauces

Including a habanero hot sauce

Cheers

Nice, Boom! Those burgers look off the chain. Congrats on your product line. Have you gone International (i.e. the USA) yet? Love a good rub.

Not yet, other than a couple folk have ordered in the US, and paid the crazy shipping

Would be nice to find a place to stock it though

daaang Booma! nice to hear from you, great burgers, and good to hear things are on the move for the food biz! Bunch of us old THP-ers are still hanging around.

Holy Burger Smokes!!! How many patties you got on that triple stacker grill? I'm counting 13x6 + 13x4 + 13x3 ???

USA distribution- might want to contact Dillon at HEAT Hot Sauce Shop. They are the US distributor of Pure Evil and have a nice online sales platform for lots of hot sauce products. The rubs would be easier to ship than sauces.
